Personal 1-2-1 Kickboxing & Thai Boxing Tuition

Personal Training is available for people who would prefer not to go to group classes or simply those who wish to fine tune their moves before a grading or for those who would just prefer a different form of fitness workout.

Personal training is available for both kick boxing and self defence.

From my personal training for all levels you are guaranteed to obtain a superior level of fitness and body conditioning whilst fine tuning your kick boxing Thai boxing or self defence moves to another level. The more you put into these one on one personal training the more you will achieve.

Personal training is available in both 30 minute sessions and 60 minute sessions.
